We are excited to introduce the ROZOU PROJECT street projections to Kuala Lumpur. Founded by Japanese street photographer Tadashi Onishi in the streets of Shinjuku, Tokyo, these projections will take place over 3 sessions - with the backdrops of KL streets and alleys. Our selectors will be looking for outstanding and unique street photography in colour or black&white inspired by the theme LIFE, with one condition. They must be taken in Kuala Lumpur but open to all photographers.

New Takes on Old Masters 

 

This talk will explore how contemporary culture has been inspired by, referenced or remade Old Master paintings from the Western European tradition. Art historian Melissa Baksh will lead the audience through examples from contemporary art, film, television, music and fashion, to reveal how present-day culture continues to be informed by paintings from the past. Melissa also gives talks at the National Gallery in London.

Malaysian creative photographer Daniel Adams will hold  practical workshop titled Concept to Print.
